Hosting is included for the first 12 months based on normal small-business website traffic. Continued hosting after that is available for an annual renewal fee, confirmed with you before the first year expires.

The domain
Your web address, set up for you.
Initial domain setup is included in the £500. If you already have a domain name, it gets connected to the new site. If you do not, one is registered and set up as part of the work.
Clear information about your domain and the arrangement around it is provided in the final agreement, so everything is written down before anything is bought.
