What £500 includes

The first year of normal small-business hosting is part of the £500.
Hosting is included for the first 12 months based on normal small-business website traffic. After the first year, hosting continues for an annual renewal fee, confirmed with you before the first year is up.

Pricing
The same £500 applies whether you need a website built from scratch or an existing one redesigned and rebuilt. Anything beyond the standard package — an online shop, a booking system, something unusual — is quoted separately, and only ever after we have talked about it.
The design of the website, the build of the website, personalisation to your business, domain setup, the initial launch, and the first 12 months of normal website hosting. That is the standard package for both new websites and redesigns.
Hosting is included for the first 12 months based on normal small-business website traffic. If traffic becomes unusually high and causes substantially increased hosting or bandwidth costs, additional hosting charges may apply. Any significant additional cost will be discussed with the customer before it is incurred.
Hosting continues for an annual renewal fee. The renewal price is confirmed with you before the first year expires, so there is nothing to be surprised by.
No. Existing business information and content is used where it is applicable — including anything already on your current website. Send what you have and we will work out what is missing.
Not in the slightest. Domain setup, hosting, security and launch are all handled for you. What is needed from you is information about your business and a bit of feedback along the way.
